To be fair, most people said to wait for the investigation, now the investigation has become "inconclusive" and people still don't want him to play? I'm a bit indifferent to the situation, but you shouldn't keep someone from playing forever if you can't build a conclusive case against that person

I think this makes a lot more sense than the other arguments that people were going with. I personally don't have any issue with him coming back, just kinda wish he would shed more light on the situation, and potentially give some context that makes it not look as bad as it does.

Idc people are going to downvote me for this, but this is a massive L. Sinatraa agreed to bring the case to court but the girl refused to do so, and if the person you accuse of being a sexual assaulter asks you to come in court to prove it and you refuse to bring it any further, then it's clear to me who's innocent. And on top of all, innocent until proven guilty, and nothing has been proved
