Master 1 LATAM/BR situation explained

I saw many people on twitter,reddit and vlr confused on this so i thought i should make this thread

If NIP wins LOUD goes to Playoffs
If Leviatan wins KRU goes to Playoffs

As to why LOUD or KRU goes depending on NIP vs Leviatan, i have an easy explanation

The region which get 2 or more slots in masters will have their first seed go directly to playoffs.

EMEA - 3 slots, so first seed in playoffs

NA - 2 slots, so first seed in playoffs

APAC- 2 slots, so first seed in playoffs

KR- 1 slot, so no playoffs directly

JP- 1 slot, so no playoffs directly

if NIP wins

BR- 2 slots,so first seed in playoffs

LATAM- 1 slot, so no playoffs directly

if Leviatan wins

LATAM- 2 slots,so first seed in playoffs
BR- 1 slot, so no playoffs directly

This is probably the worst take i have ever ever ever ever ever ever seen, tech pause called by Riot.

Liquid and Kru would have eliminated you regardless.

Masters 2: Na took Top 1 and Top 5/6th --- Br took top 5th/6th and 9/10th
Masters 3: Na 3 teams on playoffs and BR none
Champions: Na 1 team in playoffs, Br none

That take is just wrong bro 💀 BR shouldn’t have more slots than NA, NA won masters 2 and placed second and t-3rd in masters 3 last year.

this is make sense, but is not fair, loud did best campain in SA, losing just one map on group stage, and winning all maps during playoffs, kru lost multiple maps until win LATAM VCT.

I understand that need 2 or more slots to get seed 1, but LOUD with their campaign, they are indisputably best team in South America actually (before Masters)

It's unfair with LOUD, to depend for another team, being that they did the best campaign

Well i believe Loud should be able to come out of groups even if NIP loses, unless they get in group win Optic and an EMEA team, then it makes it a lot harder for them.

You can do nothing but hope NIP wins for now

LOUD are undefeated only because there is a HUGEEEEE skill gap between the 1st and the 2nd, kinda like VS back in the day (And we know what happened) and KRU losing maps proves that Latam is a little bit more competitive this time and more competitive than BR.

And since Br has such a skill gap you cannot say Loud are indisputably the best team in SA at the moment.
