Reminding u that EU got swept by NA in a major. Cry more
After this news, i couldn't believe my eyes, my whole life fell apart, what would my life be after finding out that EU wasn't actually beating NA? oh no, my eyes started shaking and watering, my heart was beating so fast i might've punctured and bruised my lungs from the sheer volume of blood coming into my heart trying to fix what was broken, i feel betrayed by the lord and savior Derke... i think i developed trust issues with people as a whole, quite possibly even my mom... now i have ptsd and my life is sad and bad, i'm crying so much i might vomit and poop right now on the carpet... not Fnatic..... now reflect... where were u when EU die

Personally I think Masters are more equal to a major. And champions being something even above that, like I don’t think CSGO has a tournament that fits Champions roll as an end of the year tournament, it kind of its own this with a different title. Plus having a single major a year feels off. But that’s just my opinion, open to discussion.
In cs go, the number of majors per year is not set but usually it's around 3 making it close to masters however, I can't consider a 10 teams tournament a major. I think every major in cs go rn has 24 teams if I'm not mistaken which are 8 more than valorant champions even, there's much more competition and no teams who just got 'lucky' to qualify since there are way more slots and slots for the best teams in the world not the best teams in the region. I don't even think champions is a major if we compare it to a major in cs.
I mean this Masters is the only one with 10 teams, and it’s because of the pandemic. The next masters in Berlin will have 16 teams. And while you can agree not having 24 makes it less important, just qualifying for the master through challengers is a huge undertaking, we had some of the best teams choke and fail to qualify. While those 24 teams have to go through a play in section and lose 8 teams right off the bat most majors. And to qualify for champions, it ups the anti even more, as it take literally every result through the VCT including the Masters into whether you qualify.
The games are different. So I don’t think we’ll be able to give everything a similar context to some type of CS tournaments. IMO through, gathering 16 teams, who all went through basically a month of games to qualify for a master give it enough importance to be called a Major in the Valorant world. While Champions literally crowns the which team one the games championship that year.
Even without shaz/tenz says it.
If you not a hardcore fanboy and watch to enjoy the game, you can see that EU play is a little better in term line-up and strategy.
It's just SEN teamwork is on another level especially on using utility.
It's not as unique as korean use utility. Not as 5Head as EU utility. Not as effective as other team use util.
It's just have 1 thing, to help their team do what they need to do.
