I feel like he has no role in liquid other than being the igl which he isn’t doing a great job at. If liquid don’t make it to Iceland I could see roster change happening because liquid need an igl not jamppi because they have every other role covered. Controller: l1nk, initiator/flex: soulcas, sentinel: nivera, duelist: scream. They’re only missing an igl which is hurting them severely

their in game playstyle has alot on what agents they are playing. double smokes is just a terrible idea.

I get you just dont like Jamppi but when hes not on Jett he is the most constient player on the team.
scream isnt utilized on skye at all.

I don’t hate jamppi and if anything he’s my favourite Finnish player but I just feel like he really doesn’t have a strong role in liquid and would find much more success in a different roster where he could thrive

i think you have a strong recency bias with this. if you look at their pre champions, and during champions run, Jampii was PIVOTAL in their success. He was playing Astra and Sova amazingly well and his Jett on Ascent was looking good.

Aftert champions the role swaps have been dire for liquid.

idk if flat-out removing Jamppi is the right option. I think that he is a great player and knows how to hype up the team. Only problem is his jett and maybe his midround calls both of which will come with bootcamp and when he becomes more experienced (he's only 19). Hes a good player, Sliggy just needs to cultivate his potential to make him a great player.

They should keep him on Sova, Omen, and sometimes Brench. I think he can be still a great IGL he just needs to stay with the roles that are his best

Sliggy just wants to do way too much high IQ comps ig. Higher than what's needed or necessary. Jamppi is a great player. He has grown so much since he first joined Liquid. The guy can flex harder than Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Jamppii isnt the problem.

It's not rocket science that liquid looked their best when they stayed close to the meta during end of last year run. and a return to all the whacky shit has seen them look awful in 2022
