Jimmy Butlers not good enough to build a team around. He's a great player but he shouldnt be the best player on the team if your trying to win a chip. Their other talent is very young and need time to develop. They need to decide before next year if their going for chips in the next 2-3 years or if they want to develop their young talent. If they want chips in the next 2-3 years they need to trade Hero and Bam while their values decently high and get a player at least if not better than Butler. You need at least two star players on your team to win a chip in todays NBA
