i tried medal but it causes in game stutters .. any other suggestions ? ( i cant use nvidia cause im on raedon graphics )

use geforce experience if you have an rtx card otherwise i found gazoom pretty good. it auto clips aswell

Idk about gazoom, but I can definitely vouch for geforce experience

Outplayed/Overwolf is good, can sort of customise what you want it to record (Full games, just kills, assists etc.)
