Why no BLAST and other such big events in val?.

I find it very amusing that there are no, non riot big events that happen. It would be very better it organisers invest into them. Even if vct teams might not completely participate, most of the other big teams . they can do a invite based international LAN events too. FPS is a genre where you need to stay relevant whole year without breaks to stay at top. Once you are out of vct, we just have to pray

Once VALORANT becomes franchised, TO's like Blast, ESL, ESEA may start having tourneys sponsored by Rito Games. Time will tell

depends on who made the franchise. if riot make the franchise tournament, no 3rd party organizer would be able to conduct val tournament just like league.

Well they definetly have not that much fos experience. FPS is another ball game. And most of the biggest fps event of the year in fps, have always been from blast and esl and they can learn from them. I like korean vct schedule. But NA and europe is just cap. 1 bo3 a week is horrible. Maybe it is just me.

But why cant orgnisers plan event like nerdstreet or knights or someother out there. Just increase prize pool and invite top teams. At least locally

I know the blast has some backlash, but their production is top tier. I dont get why riot has such inconsistency in production region wise. I mean korea has some of the best production with budget not that great. On the other hand look at Na and emea. Hope it gets better soon
