my favourite iteration of the 100t roster. Miss them.

cryo came to 100t after chamber meta is basically RIP

After he came to 100t he tried playing chamber recently, but it is just average chamber gameaplay, it was just an okay champion in the meta
he did not make it look wonderful, mostly because of the way chamber kit is and how 100t plays around it.

Again cryo chamber and jett when he was in xset is far superior to the version we saw on 100t

They always fall short of having a good team, like always fail to have a team with players such that they capitalize on the meta

After letting go of dicey, then failed to capitalize on the jett op meta, by letting asuna to only jett rifle for a long time.

They failed to capitalize of astra meta, just because nitr0 isnt comfortable playing it in the start, and they thought it would be nerfed soon(man just abuse meta when you can)

They failed to capitalize on chamber meta(the longest of the three metas) by having 0 players who are suitable playing it.

They finally had a good team with will, but they let go of him and made the team unflexible with cryo
I love cryo, but he can just not perform on a top level expected of him without an operator. His performance was not better than will in my opinion in crucial matches.

Atleast i hope they make some changes to the team. Even if it is hard to let go of players, changes should be made.

I always respect boaster and mini for this, they are brutal when it comes to roster changes, they let go of the main players, if it meant, it could become even better.

They need a good talent scout. It is all i could say.

but the option to allow tgrd players to be under a different org, by making a first time exception makes sense
It is riots fault for accepting such orgs to be in ascension in the first place
First time exception should always be made and make sure the second time no mistakes like the previous happne
But saying that this would sell the precident for selling spots makes zero sense for me.
But it might just be a me thing.
I hate situations like this, but god i hope leo faria just resigns from the esports scene once he gets the money he wants.

at the start of valorant, they let go precious chance of signing some great players, comic that they tried building roster with pubg pros

After dicey asuna roster success, they fkd it up by acquiring ethan and removing dicey. Ethan is a top tier player, but replacing dicey made them to
lose out on the jett meta, where they did not have a jett op player.

Then they lost out on a chamber meta again by having a team with no main jett op or chamber op.

Gods sake they always adapt to the trend late and suffer. Just a 100t fan sob story

then there was a brief period when c9 fkd up tenz, and 100t had a solid chance signing tenz, but they chickened out and signed kyedae to milk some of the content form him(This was before kydae blew up)

There were many such small windows which were open, but they chose the financially stable option always.

i remember hiko forced to play with pubg pros at the start.
Hiko was one of the main reasons why they settled with the roster that won the first event with asuna and dicey.
The saddest part of the roster sgares built was how they fell to pressure after he left.

I think it is still mikes, no leaks saying otherwise. But it is common for assistant coaches to work in silent before anouncements or leaks.
But they desperately need a Asst Coach. They are like the only teams in Americas league with no Asst Coach and that was visible in their performance.

100t had a lot of issues with coaching staff. Let us see how they perform in LCQ and see if they recovered form all the coaching staff changes

Stellar in map 1 was the most unreliable person to win a gun fight let alone leave him to solo hold a site.
He was clutch in past in some crucial matches. But, if you are only gonna perform once in a blue moon. I don't know what to say.

They are giving actual up to date insight into tendencies and behaviours.

It got a lot lot better for playoff matches. But still in a A tier event, you expect Group stages have atleast some decent standard of production. Nerdstreet used to run multiple streams at the same time. Even streams without casters would work great in group stages. Just that the day 1 of event was just a pure mess.
For a 3 day event, you have to make sure all the 3 days have great production. Also redbull conducted serveral good tourneys and have exp.

But atleast Playoffs are good/great once the tech issues are resolved initially.
Nice event, hope there was more hype and better content with the groups for this event.

True we can judge the viewership by the end of the tourney in playoffs.
But production issues should not depend on viewership. Sad we are getting more and more events in EMEA too. Japan and Korea have been conduction LANs longer than EMEA and have infinitely better production. We are failing to cash the fanbase in Asian Regions.

Hope NA Valorant creates a good regional atmosphere for fans. Production has always been good for LCS.
Since we are using the same stadium now for NA VCT, we can expect a great production team too.
Until then we are stuck with EMEA. Atlest conduct event in Japan. They have some huge fanbase intrested in valo.

There are tier 1 teams in the redbull event and the production is as scuffed as it can be.

It has been more than 2 years since this game came out and these are the level of events we are getting production wise and talent wise.

Hope it gets better soon. We need to have more standards than this in the future.
Viewership is also not that great. Reach is bad eventhough some great and fan favourite teams are in.

Even if they donot perform that great in this event. This is their chance to get the team vibe and rizz back.
They look well rounded now with the presence of a reliable OP player.
A little rough and are getting caught off gaurd a lot. But it is better it happened now rather than in January kickoff tourney.
Also most of the strats look quite similar to their old ones.
Might be saving their newly worked strats for later this event.
Asuna expanding his pool with Fade is also a good thing. Man is becoming a complete allrounder now.

I know he was the Indian premier player once.
But is he still going to be a primary/secondary duelist in GE new roster ahead of the Korean god duelists?
He is a damn good jett and great aimer who can win some rounds just based on pure ego peeks and maneuvers but can he adapt different roles to make himself a teammate whom they can rely on?

It will be a sad day when he is no longer a starter in the franchised Indian VCT team.
He had the golden oppurtunity and time in his hands to use and grow into a top international player, but he just wasted most of it.

yeah, he was good at first. Even though he was not performing to the level people expected him, he was still good.
But over time, he is the least improved player on a top team. It is expected tbh, given his high buyout too.

He was a top NA CS player and came into val scene with great expectations.
He performed no where near to that expectations.
He still can be more impactful in CS, it suits his game style.

Enjoyed some of his moments in 100T. 💯

He is a great duelist but not an Operator duelist.
One of the main reasons they moved from asuna on duelist is to take in a OP player.
Given 25 players only play at the end, grabbing young OP talent is important.
