SEN MikesHD?

Serious question, what is up with the general consensus that MikesHD is a god-tier coach? What am I missing? It's impossible to measure the impact of a coach if you aren't a part of the team, but if his impact on his short stint with NV was as great as people seem to think, don't you think he would already be picked up?

NV literally going down after they didn't renew Mikes contract, and some people say they picking up Chet because he's a good friend of FNS

he is friends with important people so they talk good about him obviously

Mikes was a really good coach and had a part in the early success of NV. but sadly there were some issues with him and NV contract-wise.
After that, Chet joined. I feel like Chet is a good coach and he isn't just there to paycheck steal. People like to talk out of their asses. Most of them think he didn't do anything in TSM but TSM improved as he joined. Still no idea why he left TSM tho
