Ive seen a few clips of nadeshot where he talks like hes the one signing off and looking for talent, but its very very clear he has little knowledge of the pro scene in valorant

I really hope nadeshot is not the one with any weight on the roster changes in 100t and he just has a bad way with words

Jovi has escaped blame somehow while all the pressure has been put on ec1s and babyj

giving a multiple-year contract to an international player when its the first international transfer of its kind is ridiculous

Its obvious to see in hindsight how incompetent 100t management is, but have they never taken a step back and understood whats best for the org?

The only thing I know is that we haven't dropped a single map in this tourney, with a 13-0 and the two new singings have been performing very good by far, I don' agree with how BabyJ and Ec1s were treaty, but we can't do anything now.

Yes. The pick-up of Bang and jcStani can be good moves while the drop of ec1s and BabyJ is a shitty one. The two can coexist. Most people's issues were the timing of the decision.

Well, Bang was loaned to BBG and JcStani was on KCP at the time and wanted to participate in the VCT qualifiers. So it's easy to say "They could have just done this" when those players probably weren't available at the time.

I was a fan of 100t from its very conception but I have seen multiple times how they manage and treat their players so poorly steaming from meteor and aphroomoo to the players on the cod team in their first season In the cdl, to how they treated dicey babyj and ecls in valorant their a joke, nadeshots been using "his experiences in the past" but he's full of shit he don't care about the players he wants trophy's some thing he struggled getting during his career the loser

I get that but dicey had just won the first ever valorant regional trophy he made history for 100t and with in the first month of the newly announced circuit he got dropped granted they kept him on as a content creator he wasn't treated too badly I guess but he was still dropped quite quickly I felt it was a bit unfair on the guy, I mean look at optic they make minimal player moves and they try to look after their own just doesn't feel that way with 100t any more that's all
