Dominant teams in Valorant..is it possible?

So in CS:GO we had a lot of ''X team Era'' in Valorant IMO it didn't happen yet..We thought it would Sentinels but...

And in Valorant sometimes a think the gap between the teams and the players are too close so no one is really really above (in top level i mean) so i wonder is it possible in valorant to have a team that dominates everything for like 1-2years?

If you think that is possible to have a dominant team in VAL what current team would be? or what five players could do it?

I dunno. I think the addition of new maps and agents really shakes things up and changes metas. So, for a team to be dominant they will have to be very adaptable and adjust perfectly every meta.

I get that agents shake up the meta But if maps shake up the meta that much, how were there eras in csgo? How often were maps being released in csgo? I don't know since I didn't play csgo before valorant.

Exactly this. CS:GO doesn't change, so it's easier to be on top for a long-time since you just have to counter-strat smartly and have a god-squad of aimers with solid fundamentals. But even a god-squad in valorant can lose if they have a bad meta.

You can't click heads if you're stunned, mollied, and can't see the helicopter jett aimed at your face. The shifting state of Valorant is going to test every team to stay on top, but asserting indisputable dominance is going to be nigh-impossible imo.

the game is still too young I guess and with frequent updates changing the meta I think the team that will be able to adapt the best to constant changes will have a meta

we will have NA era this year, c9 masters 1 (rigged finals against SEN) sentinels masters 2 sentinels champions, tenz will own every jett that goes against him

Meta changes very quickly so it’s very hard to stay on top compared to CS

I mean if gambit wins Masters 1 it would be the closest thing to an era (2 major wins, 1 world finalist)
