I'd start an org, make a 6 roaster team with the best roles of every region, prepare them for months with english classes, psychologist, analysts, etc. Get designers for making them clothes, hype them up with marketing, and then make them practice with just 2 hours of streaming per day allowed by contract. They wouldn't need the streaming money because they would have nice salaries and bonuses.
