Because Faceit gives you 128 tick rate servers instead of normal 64 tick and Faceit leveling system is way more accurate than Matchmaking. For example on average lvl 10 Faceit players (max level) are better than Global Elite ranked players (max rank in MM). Also usually Faceit comms are better, since people there usually care more. Also there's different leagues like FPL where only high level players (pros, some semi-pros etc) are allowed to play. And obviously they have better anti-cheat, knife round to determine which side you start, pick and bans etc. And with the console stuff you just join game in Faceit client and get server IP that you just paste on your console and join the game.

Overall Faceit is something that I think many would hope to have in Valorant as well. Especially higher level players.

You can just play by clicking the play button as well, but you will be playing on 64 tick valve servers and you will be matched based on your trust factor which is not good if you don't have prime or you haven't used steam enough before. Tarik usually plays on his own servers or faceit servers. Faceit is a third party matchmaking platform used by multiple games, but is very popular in CSGO. I guess you might have seen Tarik use the console a lot while playing on his own servers since he himself is the admin. If you want to play on faceit you just have to paste a connect command once and then might not even have to use the console until the game ends. But people still use the console a lot cuz it's very efficient to configure settings through it instead of searching each setting in settings menu

Not really. I haven't faced blatant cheater for long time. There might be some in casual modes or lower ranks, but cheaters aren't problem in CSGO in my experience.

Sometimes it’s nice to play 1-2 games with friends when you’re bored of valorant but I agree, because of no agents and imo some boring maps it isn’t fun for much longer. Usually we play it every 2 months for 1 time

nah, it's just that a lot of people who like Valorant tend to try to bait cs players and vice versa. It's not about whether I like his opinion or not (I mean idrc), but I'm sorry that you see it that way. Plus, I like Valorant much more than CS.

valorant is more fun, but i think csgo gunplay is way better. The awp, recoil, first bullet, movement, etc is more comfortable in cs for me. When i play cs and then i play valorant it feels so slow

one thing about csgo is that it's not welcoming at all and you will get bored pretty quick cuz it actually takes time to master utility usage and spray controls if you can get past the first 200 hours the next 2000 will fly by

It's just different.
Also for some people is good to have options when you can't play premade in valorant with friends, because valorant's soloQ is one of the shittiest experiences i've had in FPS.
