Was this franchising and no monitoring like... Did they really look at it, see 9 out of the 10 total available slots as invited teams (which most of these teams didn't even have a roster ready btw) and think it was fine...???? leaving only 1 slot for open quals???

not to mention most teams literally taking the word minimum to the next level to participate

they delivered the final blow to dying scenes while thinking it would help them grow

There is gonna be 1 full Spanish roster plus whatever qualifies. Actually at the end of the day there are quite a lot of Portuguese players for what the situation is, if it wasn’t for Bisons that I think is going for full Spanish roster, there would be almost more Portuguese than Spanish people.

No Italians at all btw
