Yes. Notice how stars aren't going away gradually but instead are removed wholly? Like Shadow was 4 stars and then after some downvotes he went straight to 0 instead of gradually losing them

Both can happen, I've watched my stars decrease live when I'm baiting really hard and I've seen them all get deleted instantly by the mods on another account.
