La paradoja de la fuerza irresistible (o imparable) es una paradoja clásica que se formula así: ¿Qué pasaría si una fuerza imparable chocara contra un objeto inamovible? ... Es lógicamente imposible la existencia de los objetos (una fuerza imparable y un objeto inamovible) en un mismo universo al mismo tiempo.
Un agujero negro cumple ambas y las leyes de la fisica no aplican dentro del horizonte de sucesos. Es literal, incluso capaz de hacer desaparecer particulas... Entonces una fuerza irresistible se puede enfrentar a una fuerza imparable? Si, es el funcionamiento basico de un agujero negro. A comparativa extena nivel micro, ni un imparable foton puede escapar, a nivel macro, que pasaria si colisiona con un cuásar? Podría escapar al menos 1 foton?
La respuesta es sencilla y la dijo Superman en un cómic: aunque físicamente no es posible que exista ninguno de los objetos (porque no es posible que algo tenga una masa infinita). La solución a este problema es que cuando un objeto imparable choca contra uno inamovible, "ambos ceden" es decir inevitablemente terminarán atravesándose el uno al otro.

Bajo esa premisa, las empresas de Elon Musk serian Sudafricanas y no Norteamericanas.
El club como entidad legal seria chileno-argentina, ya que como empresa esta constituida en ambos paises y ocupa como sede tributaria principal Chile, con tributacion tambien en parte en Argentina ya que el club tambien tiene presencia en ahí porque abarca varios juegos. Ahora, todo el equipo de Valorant (incluido coach), viven en Chile, asi que ahi es donde se localiza y en un futuro (segun dijo Kun), tendran gaming office en Argentina para poder ir a realizar semanas de entrenamiento contra brasileños con mayor comodidad (como la bootcamp de G2 en Alemania).
Respecto a la representatividad, es algo subjetivo, por alcance cultural obviamente representa a toda LATAM, pero en terminos legales y de taxes sigue siendo chileno-argentina.
