Zikz come, lets talk about 100T Map Veto

So Zikz, MIBR have played
Haven - Played 3, Won 2, Loss 1 (against G2 so whatever)
Split - Played 6, Won 5, Loss 1 (against Sen, who love this map)
IceBox - Played 3, Won 3 (Pretty Convincingly)
Ascent - Played 2, LOST 2 (1 loss against fucking Furia)
Lotus- Played 5, LOST 4 (FUCKING 4, 1 time against you)
Pearl - Played 5, Lost 1 (Won against G2 and Sen)

I got this data in like 5 min.

1. WHY THE FUCK WON"T YOU BAN ICEBOX? : Do you actually think your Icebox is good because you won against 2G and barely against Loud?????
2. NOT PICK ASCENT or LOTUS??????? MIBR lost to Furia on Ascent and lost to you on Lotus mf, and have shitty record on Lotus themselves.
3. PICK SPLIT AS YOUR FIRST CHOICE? The only map where you use Meta comp is Haven. Yeah MIBR are pretty good, but they are also better on SPLIT.

Here is how the map veto should have been:

• 100T bans Icebox; MIBR bans Fracture; 100T picks Ascent/Lotus; MIBR picks Pearl; 100T bans Haven/Split or whatever the 3rd map is

• You don't have a really good map so you are fucked on 3rd map anyway but here you still have a fucking decent chance. You could have also banned pearl first because statistically it's there best

• 100T bans Pearl; MIBR bans fracture; 100T picks Ascent/Lotus; MIBR picks Icebox (which you think you are decent at); 100T bans whatever the 3rd map they feel confident.

• FUCKING banning either Pearl or Icebox fucks them and they either have to play their average/bad map first.

There are so many ways this map veto could have been decent but always going with "confidence" pick is stupid. Yes, "We are the best" mentality is good but you gotta be objective during map vetos.

except 100T would still probably lose Ascent because they have something cooked up according to aspas and just didn't want to show strats

thankfully 100T did not pick it and now the team can surprise KRU

100T map pick looks wonderful until you notice theres a player dropping 25+ in each of those maps

I will say it here again. I 100% believe that he is the worst coach in Americas. what you said is 100% true. Also doesn't help they are running 2 year old comps. They are ALWAYS super undisciplined and ALWAYS overheating. They are ALWAYS underprepared and start slow. He is breaking his players to fit in his shitty system (Zander and Boostio). He has this false sense of confidence for no reason.

He is an assistant coach at best and this team would be 10x better without him

it's always surprisingly to me how good Furia was at Lotus. They lost every game but won lotus (except the OT against c9 and G2 who got pretty close), so they got at least one strong map.

Meanwhile 100t... Does anyone know what is their strong map?
