Trophies aren't about being the best individual player, but being on the best team. The best players aren't always on the best team.

Aspas in particular has been chasing the bag each year instead until this year where bleed screwed him over so he's now on an actually good team likely being paid slightly less than he would've been. But who can really blame him, esports isn't exactly a stable career. Chase the bag while you can.

Seems he can't be the goat since he's latino. Like, its fine to have a different opinion and favor Leo for instance, but I don't see ANY other player having the same level of scrutinity, and specially ragebaiting, from the community

Maybe I Just dont follow community activity enough, please tell me if there is other player that faces a similar issue

I believe 90% of the hate towards Aspas is just bait, except for the ones calling him a baiter. Those baiters pushed that narrative for so long that some people actually started believing it, even though he has better FK/FD stats than 80% of duelists.
