Why do players nationalities keep changing?

At the start of year I think demon1 switched from an American to a Russian on vlr and now ion2x just switched from American to Indian

think they want to make it more apparent that they are open to offers from other regions. that and Americans are obviously not very patriotic for good reasons right now
