When will rosters be updated? Some of these teams aren't even playing their players from the start of the season, and some players like vo0kashu, Rarga, etc (mainly CN teams) are rated way too low. EDG somehow has worse ratings all around than FPX.

Correct.
Some people run fantasy using customs teams. And some just like messing around with custom teams. So they will be able to use it by June.

I want the new engine to support CS rules and Val rules and allow people to make their own maps and agents.

And then I'll work on getting a career mode for this new engine.
