You can work with someone who is bad at the something, but is willing to work to make himself better. It's very tough to work with someone who doesn't want to work or make himself better or believes that he deserves everything and doesn't need to work on his flaws. S1mon is the later.

This. Jieni will be a worse player than s1mon, edg are expected to do worse. BUT with jieni edg can improve, with s1mon edg will plateau then crumble in a situation where no one is having fun
