Why do Tier 1 managers continue to recycle talent that repeatedly do not work out? Especially old players that were once good way back when. Would it not just be better to pick up younger Tier 2 talent and facilitate their growth?
Both have been playing Tier 1 for less than 5 months. I'd much rather see a young person fail with 5-6 years left in their prime years than see someone who's approaching 30 with years of experience fail over and over again. Flyuh also moved regions AND doesn't really have the best team behind him either.
nah Flyuh was igling one of NAs Ascension contenders and put good numbers himself and Click was literally one of the best duelists in Dach with the highest ACS while his team finished 5th or 6th, both r great scouts its just that the team couldnt use them to their strenghts, in a different Setting both would be worldclass
A lot Of Tier 1 ORGS don't want to waste their time that would take months to connect and would just rather go after much proven talent even if washed.
Verno is also another reason why teams dont want to put there trust into younger players that havent played Tier 1. Theres much more then raw skill that goes into building a team.
Because they are not professional.
Most orgs are run by:
a) a group of friends, who will hire their friends
b) Someone with small power syndrome
c) the players
d) an egotistical owner
And there is also the cost and risk in hiring "unproven" players, but there are ppl that can identify hard-working talent out there if the orgs are interested in hearing them.
Also, visa issues and language barriers are a concern
