Tejo changes I would do

Change double salvos into one keep the core basis of it being on an iPad and increase rechargeable time to by 15 sec . This removes the amount of space that the salvos can clear for free while also keeping its identity as a rechargeable Molly but not allowing it to be used in the all of the three core parts of competitive play the default execute and the post plant.
Decrease drone time by 1-4 and increase seeable distance for the enemy

As things should be his core agent design is literally for him to be op for no damn reason he litterally gets a Kayo Molly with no skill for free and it’s rechargeable but the double salvos make that shit 2 Kay o mollies that can be used 3 times in a round. Other agents damaging abilities take a limited amount of space and can only be used once or twice the amount of space he gets for free is criminal and it requires no skill

I mean tejo is overtuned sure just as astra was but after astra was nerfed she was unplayable to the point a buff had to be brought it so Imo the nerfs uare suggesting are wayy to much

Imo tejo is for people who want to learn an easy initiator and role is meant to be like a phoenix where people can understand more of the basics of the game like combo utility while it not being strong since there’s no skill. Astra back then had stars galore and quick cooling times the nerfs at the time were bad because of that 5th star where every controller had 5 pieces of util

He doesn't need all those nerfs imo just rework the missiles so they're on individual charges or something and remove the shift walking on the drone that's all

the amount of times my 5 stack has won rounds cuz of the crouch walk on the drone followed by a stun and a few bodies is tooo funny

Not sure about the drone change because I do like the extra depth the shift walk gives to it, but fully agree on the charges rework.

There could be a bit of a concern with being able to use two individual salvos on the bomb in post, but that does require either saving util for post (weakening the hit: perfectly fair) or waiting a full 80s after the initial usage, which shouldn't be too problematic. Worst case you just give it another 5/10s of recharge time.

Feels like the obvious balance pass that avoids outright killing the agent. ...Although some people would prefer that.

split the salvos into 2 pops; 1 salvo = 1 molly (you get 1 by default, purchase another), aligns with rest of the game's abilities (new players can understand it better), when it recharges, it'll only recharge one so most post plant scenarios don't anchor around his salvos as much.

That's the best idea I've read so far. Making it like Skye flashes used to be is a good nerf. One thing I'll add: Tejo should be able to use 2 charges (if he has them) in one use like it is now and as you said, only one charge is rechargeable for the rest of the round.
If this is not enough, maybe reduce the travel speed of the salvos and/or increase the range from which the drone is visible.
