We shouldn't call a team a 'superteam' if they don't have an established IGL with a good amount of experience.

We've now seen two teams mostly made of heavy shooters with a 'rookie' IGL struggle. (Whilst VIT still have the rest of the year, this stage 1 performance is quite concerning)

yeah a super team needs to have a defined igling and calling structure like t1 and g2
t1 and g2 are a real super team

every part of 2024 nrg was built to be a superteam but just performed awfully, fns' style was established but everyone except s0m knew how to shoot

yes, it was designed to be. fns was meant to be the defined igl with a calling structure, as the post mentioned, and people still had very high expectations for the roster, just from looking at the players. dont lie to me and say you didnt think that nrg would win at least 1 event before the start of the 2024 season

2024 didn't have FNS and S0m till split 2, you might mean 2023 NRG that had FNS s0m Crashies Victor Ardiis

on paper the starting 2024 roster for NRG with Ethan Demon1 Marved Crashies and Victor WAS considered to be a super team on paper but there was always IGL questions with Ethan, which did end up being the real issue which led to the FNS/S0m bring back where they looked better and then still were a super team on paper. Just didn't work out.

and s0m was still a really good shooter on both teams so idk if you just worded it poorly but he was and still isnt the problem with why NRG is underperforming

G2 isn't a superteam. Superteams are created by taking top players in their roles and forming a team. I dont consider t1 to be a superteam but i can get the argument for it. Only real superteam is 2023 Fnatic.

FNC 2023 and possibly LOUD 2022 were the only superteams so far
