I agree but GX wanted a duelist, purpo hadn't played duelist in a while. Imagine you being a top tier 2 duelist and when someone is looking to replace theirs they choose your teammate to play your role. Must have been tough

I think purpo was the better choice because of the flexibility but I'm not sure Bisk would have been a worse duelist, I don't think so
