S Tier (Currently best teams of the world): T1, G2
A Tier (Solid Contenders on internationals): Vitality, EDG, MIBR, KRÜ, DRX
B Tier (Potential Contenders for internationals): BiliBili, FUT, BBL, Fnatic, Gentle M8s, Liquid, Heretics (honestly EMEA is a bit of a shitshow no one knows whats happening there) Loud, Sentinels, Talon, GenG (?)
Everything else below is either Mid (Have to get much better to be a thing), or hopeless

I don't have much knowledge on China/Pacific so i apologize for fans if im not correct in these
