Player to Player comparisons in determining who will win has to be one of the dumbest ways to determine who will most likely win a match.
Comparing player to player can tell you some things such as mechs and stats but this doesn't determine the better team as valorant is a team based game and how a team uses util, how they call, and how they communicate and coordinate matters way more than just raw skill.

E.g. You could have five players individually worse than the enemy team, but if they trade perfectly, use utility smartly, and have better plans, they can easily win.

If you assemble a super team filled with a bunch of random players who are all amazing this doesn't guarantee success, as shown by NRG last year, NRG the year before, 100t, 2023 SEN, NAVI and so many more. The only successful superteams I can think off would be 2024 LEV and 2023 FNC.

Seems to me that most superteams fail at delivering expectations.

tldr: player to player comparisons ignore things like team chemistry, confidence, team coordination(comms, mid rounding, and coaching), team plays, team playstyle matchups, team momentum, roles, game pressure and teams susceptibility to being anti strated
