I don't think TS as an org is trying to keep their franchising spot, if they really care they could have build a much better team. Yam has been the manager of TS back when they first competed in Iceland, like 4 years ago? There are so many talented Filipino players in tier 2 and yet they chose to stick with this dog shit team.

i dont think we should put the blame on yam, i think the manager role is solely focused on managing the teams documents for international tournaments and cater to what they need i think theres a different branch for player acquisition (idk im not sure too)
