All regions have been pretty good honestly. I think pacific and China are more top heavy, but their top teams are scary. And Americas and emea are more balanced but all are competitive in their own right.

Americas - G2 is the main reason, but other teams have potential and can make international playoffs
China - EDG is fantastic and other teams are only getting better
EMEA - one good team and rest look very far behind sadly

Boom just defeated GenG.
Nongshim(predicted to finish Top 4 APAC) won a close game with RRQ.
GE dominated against DFM.
TS went head to head against Talon.
PRX looked promising against DRX.
Zeta took a map off T1.

These are just examples..
APAC is arguably the most stacked region right now without a hint of doubt.

The Top 3(T1, DRX, NS) can beat any team by a margin accross Americas, EMEA and China.

Even The middle of the pack (PRX, RRQ, GE, GenG, Boom) can legit go head to head against TOP 3 teams in all 3 other regions.

Even the Bottom dwellers (Talon, DFM, TS, Zeta) can take a map or two against TOP 3 teams across other 3 regions.

sure Sen sucked at Bangkok but having no trophy contender team really hurts EMEA

This is region based only.

APAC (2 S tier teams and very balanced overall)
EMEA (1 S tier team with 3/4 teams with a very high ceiling capable of reaching playoffs in internationals, very balanced overall)
NA (1 S tier team with only 1 maybe 2 teams capable of doing some damage in internationals, the rest are basically just buns)
China (1 S tier ceiling level, but they seem kinda lost rn, the rest are just 3 tiers below every region)
