Smoking a lot lately, started few years back , was a casual smoker but over the time it has seemingly increased to the time that I end up smoking a pack someday. Usually it has been around 10-15 pack a month on average, and as my health continues to worsen I have decided to leave this shit for good. Why do I need to post this here ? well, sort of accountability part as keep on checking on this website time to time , so better use it for good!

How did you get started at quitting? Was it a gradual reduction or the realisation set in and was a sudden quit? Asking for a friend obviously.
