actually a lot of the first apac players had just about as much success in CSGO as most NA/EMEA people that swapped

glow stax solo xeta were all about as good as like the early CSGO NA/EMEA swaps

scream was washed, auti was washed

ethan was pretty much the only tier 1 csgo pro to swap to valorant, prettyyyy much

leaf is an exception because he was exiled, pretty much a top 10 NA CS talent produced

the thing is we dont get good quality scrims imo as like ping to korea and jp and stuff are too high + a lot of players are lacking motivation they are just like yea we get paid and arent putting their best efforts as well + a lot of indians dont get opportunity cuz of devices india owns most of mobile shooters esports like codm cuz its easily avaliable also most indians are just watching apac or other regions like america or emea look then india + RIOT legit doesnt know how to market in india no one watches vct sa but amt of indians in sliggy , tmv , tarik etc streamers is a crazy amount its just yea. Also what i say a lot might disagree but yea thats just what i think

that is always something i am really curious about. indians in the various communities and even VLR is huge! surely riot realizes and act on it no?

its basically the principle of... its working already so why put in extra effort to do it. we indians understand english and we are watching mostly the english streamers so riot is alr getting its veiwers but its just not tapping into a massive local market at all idk like india might not get to china lvl in quite sometime but we def have enough ppl of valo on internet idk y they arent pushing maybe 2 years down the line when a master gets hosted it might get better?

"india owns most of mobile shooters esports like codm cuz its easily avaliable" lol. Bro India was only one time 2nd in world championship which is great but saying India owns most of mobile shooters eSports is crazy. Like what other mobile gaming eSports is India good at? Not a single one other than codm.

owns as in is quite good at it there are few actually pubg even like how there are imports few of the codm and pugb rosters even NA has like 3 indians.... there was free fire as well but yea no like compared also in fairness i can see why owned was not correct but we def have way more presence in mobile shooters then pc shooters which rlly f sucks but thats the reality for now... hope it changes fast

I think Wolves named team with antidote, Marzil and others made to a major but got fucked.

Wolves were the same team as the Optic India just without forsaken

But the thing was there was very less exposure of eSports in India before 2017 so it was very difficult to create better talent.

As if rn better talents are made lmao

After the word.exe case cs wasn’t completely shutdown but also there was no more future as there were few players left in the scene and co incidently that Val got launched so many of the pros shifted to Val who were ex cs pros
