revealed him as their new fifth for Americas Stage 1.
pryze joins FURIA to fill in for the initiator/flex role. His addition comes in response to mwzera stepping down from the starting roster. pryze is only officially announced for Stage 1, as mwzera is expected to rejoin the roster should he recover from his ailment in time for Stage 2.
Following 2G's unexpected victory at Americas Ascension, they were a bit of a wildcard heading into the 2025 season. Unfortunately, tier 1 of VCT was a different beast for the Brazilian squad. Having to play without their star duelist spike, who won't be old enough to play in the league until June, they fell completely flat in Kickoff. 2G won a total of only 17 rounds across their four maps played, the worst performance of any team across all four partnership leagues.
2G will need to field a new fifth player for their week one match against
