Depends on who you're asking. All can comm in japanese but some are more fluent or worse than others.

KEN and Hate are great example on koreans with bad Japanese. They are yoshii level bad but they're trying to improve

Jinboong has the most noticeable accent compared to the rest imo.

Akame have very fluent japanese imo.
