If every agent was reverted to their strongest state in the game's history, what would the meta be?

Which duelist would be meta? Prime Neon, beta Raze with 6 cost ult and 2 nades, prime Jett or current Yoru?

Would prime Chamber be basically universally picked again or would Cypher with a gun on his cam be better?

Which initiator would dominate?

Would prime Viper and Astra bring us back to double controller every map?
