Hello my name is elysxxm (Elysium) and i will be sharing you my easy 5 step guide on how to quickly farm upvotes on any thread.
Step 1. identify the thready you will be making your mark on. before posting you must identify three factors that will make different thread easier to get upvotes on.
Factor 1: There is obvious ragebait in the title or post
Factor 2: the person posting is a known baiter
Factor 3: You are one of the first 3 people to reply (this part is very important)
Step 2. dont try too hard just let your instincts do everything. i will explain, if i posted something with the title "Tenz is the best duelist in the world" your first reply should "t0nz" ( see this here https://www.vlr.gg/452857/all-time-duelist-ranking/#2 ) this is as simple as it can get for farming upvotes. This can be grouped in with the basics, to know how you should respond to the prompt here is a Easy to understand acronym i like to use.
H — Hot Takes (Zellsis is top 10 all time prove me wrong")
E — Exaggeration (Sentinels will NEVER win again)
N — Needling Comments (Only clowns think that)
B — Bait Language (EZ 13-0 incoming)
A — Agro Tone (Cry more NA fans)
B — Bold Claims (VALORANT is dying for real this time)
Y — Yelling/Text Spam ("TRASH TEAM" in all caps)
Step 3. be the majority. what i mean by this is you have to agree with what the majority of what the rest of vlr thinks. For example, if i said "Sentinels are winning champs this year" you might reply with "s0ntinels" or you might trash Talk Na ( see here for example, https://www.vlr.gg/449005/g2-esports-vs-team-liquid-champions-tour-2025-masters-bangkok-r3/#18 )
step 4. ALWAYS, AND I MEAN ALWAYS mention the flair of whoever your replying to. Vlr is based off of generalization and stereotypes, if you have a Sen flair then people will discredit you and not listen to what you have to say and you WILL be downvoted. make sure to use neutral or friendly flairs like EDG, Vitality, DFM etc. to keep it simple if you disagree with someone all you have to do is reply with "flair" and 99% of the time you will get upvotes.
Lastly step 5. If all else is to fail then find the most recent post made by a sentinels fan (preferable Henbaby) a heretics fan, or a Nrg flair (this one could be anyone but historically dort is the best) if you dont want to find a post by any of those flairs then find a post by henbaby because even sen fans will hate on him
