Should Riot should start allocating more money towards the Tier 2 scene? I see it as a way to give Tier 1 Organizations more of an incentive to care for their academy roster or make one if they don’t already. The Talent down there is too good and I believe the majority of T1 players are not near as good as some of the unknowns and they are not known because we don’t have much reason to watch T2.

CUT some money from GC and put towards T2 Honestly in 2 years we have got only 2-3 t1 worthy talents from GC

What do you even cut? GC have 1 tourney the whole year. There are more salary T2 team than GC.

Let them play what? T2 teams already play a bunch of match.
Min salary would make even less org want to invest in T2 since it would way too expensive to field a team. 500k sure, increased that for all ascension.
Realistically, there a lot more T2 team than there org to invest in. Esport don't have the VC money to throw around anymore and the best thing Riot can do is just allow more gambling

No i meant let GC players play more or get more opportunities in T2 or T1 but lets be real no GC player is leaving bcoz the prize pool is just better unless they get a T1 offer
Minimum wage like atleast 1k per month its better than geting no money same minimum wage for GC
Allowing gambling is not the best thing to do either they allow gamba for T2 only and not for T1

Other than those I don’t believe so. I believe they should really try and have some Regional Lans and promote them highly, they should be short so that they don’t get interrupted by Tier 1. I know that was a bit off topic from Allocating Money but they should advertise Tier 2 if given more money.

Yes. Funding is the reason most teams disbanded after ascension. Riot should also increase ascended teams to 2.

Very true but there are talents wasting away in T2. Having same T1 players every year makes the viewing experience stale. If T1 orgs can't make it happen, Riot will have to step up.

i think dividing americas into south and north like league of legends would pretty much solve most of the problems in the region
idk about emea and asia tho
