Horizontal Mouse Movement

I'm unable to do a perfectly straight horizontal movement with the mouse in Valorant when I'm quickly trying to flick. It's not about the sensor as it doesn't spins out and the mouse I'm using is VXE r1 pro max. I've had the same issue with model o, g102, and g502x. For example, when I quickly try to flick, my crosshair either goes above my head or below it. What could be the issue?

ARM aim i guess bcoz with wrist aim u have a shorter radius and will change the distance b/w head and crosshair , with arm aim the issue would be less noticeable

so should I move my whole arm while aiming?

no, it's just a personal preference thing, based on your sens i guess you have to move your arm when flicking anyway, bc it's not high enough to allow you to make huge movements quickly and precisly w your wrist alone (opinion coming from a guy who only aims w his wristy and fingers tho, idk what a low sens player would think about it)

yeah and for microadjust ments use wrist and fingertips it would take more time to adapt but its worth it

Learn to microflick. Slowly increase the distance of your flicks until you're comfortable flicking in straight lines

This probably has to do with your mouse grip being slightly rotated (most grips are). The best solution would just be to manually correct it and make it straighter as it gives you the most control, but look into rawaccel which has a rotation feature that can make your flicks straighter.

People are going to tell you to do angle snapping, a mouse setting that makes your horizontal flicks purley horizontal but I would NOT recommend it. Just find an aimlabs routine for horizontal macro and micro flicks and practice it for 15-30 minutes every day before bed and ur gonna get better

Also people already said this but I wanna rekt are that arm is for large horizontal flicks, so it’s mostly gonna be in ur arm

I guess I'm aiming with wrist so that might be the problem

How high is ur sens if ur doing large horizontal flicks with just ur wrist? That might also be a part of it

I make micro-adjustments with my wrist and large flicks with my arm
