People give a lot of credit to the players and even coaches but they always forget the Org.

Gambit Esports always used to turn mud into gold, they had a crazy practice routine and a way of doing things. Their CS team that won the Major, or even their academy CS team that naturally leveled up with tier 1 CS teams purely coz of their talent etc are a great example of that.

Riot will empower everyone and everything but they don't do shit for CIS, even CS( A Euro heavy competition) has moved on.

10/10 times none of these Gambit players become complacent if CIS was still around coz they would've gotten replaced in a blink, it was that crazy
