I don't think he has problems with "PRX", but he hasn't been put in good conditions by the team since 2023 (also I'm pretty sure he has terrible mental strength which doesn't help)

Has to play on an island as soon as he is put on Jett on defense. They have been making half the maps rely on his shoulders for 2 years straight, they seem an consider he is an absolute god in the server. I don't think he really likes to flex neither btw (still made the effprt so fair play). Also notice how Prx haven't made a single W gaming type aggression since 7 months (maybe even more). I also remember Alecks saying that at some point they'd have to stop setting Jingg up 24/7 and play for the whole team, which hasn't really been happening for the 2nd part

But if they don't make him flex, what value would he give to the team? If he doesn't like to play flex, and become their main duelist, he has to expand his duelist pool. Being a "one-trick" Jett isn't a good look (not saying that he is).

he has played breach,sova,fade,gekko and some chamber as well
PRX just has to accept the fact that the team combination doesnt work anymore and they have to make moves
doesnt matter if its jinggg or something but something has to change.

Yeah tbh I don't really see him fitting with other teams well. His playstyle and vibe very much suit PRX. That's why PRX aren't making roster changes for so long, they want to make it work with this team. But I do think that they will make roster changes after this year, win or lose.

Instead of instantly kicking players off because they played a few bad games, just put them aside like a substitute, and let someone else play their role. PRX roster isn't bad, they just cant adapt to the new meta where they cant actually just go wild and win games. Just give them some time to adapt then come back once they're ready.
