ill be honest i dont think getting rid of lakia was a good idea. even though i think yoman is great i would probably prioritize keeping the core together. and foxy9 as a meteor replacement i wasnt convinced by in the off season. hopefully their good though and prove me wrong.

GenG are frauds, they got dogwalked by SEN last year. The only reason they won a title is that trash Heretics handed it to them for free.

Even yoman is an upgrade, i don't he is that big upgrade maybe a little better n sometimes he clutch, still weak gunpower than last year

ill be honest well lakia isnt the biggest fragger the only time i felt his firepower was ever needed was in champs which was by far the worst he played all year. i think people are a little biased towards the most recent time we saw him play like lakia especially regionally was very good and took over games occasionally

exactly like the reason they lost was not really ever because of lakia i know the stats were brutal in champs but i dont think it warrants replacing him

yeah i mean we will see if it pays off in the long term im not really convinced but i do think getting yoman to play under munchkin to learn from his igling for when munchkin has military service could be a great move but still its a lot of ?'s for me

GenG only give out 1 year contract, Lakia is just an example who didn't get contract extension.
Any of t3xture/Yoman/Karon/Munchkin can leave for free end of season to T1.

yeah but they def could have resigned him? it was a deliberate choice by them to not keep him on the team unlike meteor

just pure speculative: 2025 might be Munchkin final year competing before national service. Securing Yoman to be GenG next IGL might be the reason to sign him, to get used to solo coaching. Just happens to be initiator player to replace Lakia.

yeah i understand that i was talking about it earlier in the thread but regardless it was a deliberate choice they made. what im saying is im not 100% convinced it was the best decision they could have made
