Can a team of CS2 free agents win ascension?

I'm pretty sure switching from CS to Valorant doesn't mean automatic success anymore unlike in 2021 (e.g. Nivera), so winning T1 games isn't that likely anymore. But how about T2?

This is the current team I was thinking of:
Duelist: YEKINDAR
Initiator: s1mple
Flex: Spinx
Sentinel: Perfecto
Controller/IGL: Stewie2k

Stewie0k can't even perform decent on fucking open quals
S1mple got rolled by china
Perfecto is an inconsistent and unreliable bot who is past his prime
Yekindar is mid
Spinx is the only good guy

Other than china they ain't doing shit in any region

I think they'd be on the tier 3 / tier 2 boundary (if you gave them like 2 weeks to fully lock in and prac). I think the util aspect of teamplay in tier 2 has massively improved over the last two years

in the current meta in val even prime astralis wont be able do shit unless they have like 6 months of practice. most t1/t2 players have better mechanics in valorant than cs pros. on the other hand prime fnatic wont even be a top 100 team in cs2

im gonna completely ignore the question because a team with stewie, s1mple and spinx wouldnt be able to play minecraft whout some insults flying around
