one off-season game and 100T were forcing neon comps ( they dont play neon comps). 100t core's been together for so long now whereas mibr is new and they have 2 inexperienced Tier 1 players. mibr is good but simply will take more time to gain good synergy. Might get a map good for your bet but it's unlikely imo
