Clearly Replay system isnt one of riot's top concerns
Although that is probably true, they really should implement a replay system. Not only would it be good for pros with vod reviewing, but also with content creators and casual/ranked players.
Ofc, i would love a replay system. im just tryna say the reason it will take riot forever to get a replay system is because the game wasnt designed in a way where it would support a replay system in the first place so its very difficult to implement it now.
pretty bad design if it's not meant to have a replay system
pretty much any modern shooter has one
they just dont care enough for it
why spend a lot of money and time on something that isnt gonna return that
