Hi all, Christmas is fast approaching and I'm currently thinking about gifts. I know it's a little late, my dumbass really forgot to take advantage of black friday but it's all good you live and you learn. I'm thinking of getting gifts for parents, sibling(s) and friends. I was thinking good quality water bottle, plushie and good umbrella were a couple good ideas, since they are used pretty much daily and they don't have any. I know good gifts are very person specific but i'm just curious what is/are the best gift(s) you have received and given out?

My dad got me a wavebird gamecube controller and I thought that was the coolest thing ever when I was younger, still got it on my shelf but don't use it because the stick is prone to getting loose

a friend group of mine bought me a headset worth about 100$ for my birthday and one other close friend paid the shipping fee (35$) for my mouse which I ordered from overseas.

that shipping fee payment brought me more joy than the headset. so, give something that matters, something that is actually valuable for the person. it doesn't have to be expensive

great advice. I usually considered myself a bad gift person but now that I've thought about it there are actually loads of good ideas if you really cared and paid attention.
