For me I'm at 125, so close to 2 plates
i just do dumbells, better for the hypertrophy and form
Yeah dumbells are pretty good. If I'm at the gym I do often use them but at home I only have a few that are too light so I just use barbell.

7 months now, kinda stopped for 3 weeks in between for exams but going consistently since last month
