Why do Brazilians

Hate their own talent so much? Mfs don't give chances to their own youngsters most of the time. It's so bad LEV had to come in and sign ghoul and blowzin themselves, and even then they don't let them play in their own tournaments (tixinha thing) then there's heat who was one of the best Brazilians in Americas last season and only bc KRU picked him up and let him shine again, otherwise no BR team would've picked him up.

It's crazy how bad the management to develop talent or give new players a chance to improve is sometimes 😮‍💨

EDIT: didn't come here to argue, just to state what the BR community has been saying for a while now. You can't say there isn't a waste of talent when BR teams have recycled players that clearly didn't work, coaches that were denied the teams they wanted bc of nepotism (or the org being cheap af) and many cases of mismanagement Brazilians have been complaining about for years now which has lead to the BR scene decay ever since prime LOUD. As for the tixinha thing, not allowing academys is a rule, yes, but only bc he wants it to be. It's a tournament BY and FOR Brazilians, there's nothing stopping him from literally letting them play "But then other orgs would send their academy too!" No they wouldn't, as of today the only known VCT Team to have an academy formed is LEV. So the other teams wouldn't even have an academy to send to the tournament even if they wanted to. Case closed.

Yep Lev academy, along with blowzin and 3 other promising youngsters from latam. They will be playing in Tier 2 next season with Onur as a coach. Most of them are 17 yo so they will be eligible to play in T1 for the 2026 season. LEV's plan is to get at least one of them and move them to the main team

Bro we had 3 teams = 15 player slots (now we have 20). I know theres some hugbox going on with FURIA but its hard to showcase all our talent when there's no space for them.

mibr literally didn't allow bzka and frod to get the team they wanted for the first split of 2024, also khalil and havoc would probably be gone by now if they were playing for other orgs

what did bzka and frod want

they had prepared like 10 rosters and mibr chose the last option they wanted because it was cheaper

This is just false, BR teams hire young talent all the time but then VLR cries that the talent pool is too weak.

less likely as the year goes on, only teams that have young talent this year is MIBR and 2G

sadly theres not many orgs on t2and t1 scene and the ones who are rarely give opportunities to new talent, always sticking with the same names. they never actually scout and build a team with professional vision and pre-determined characteristics, only going with internal recommendations or "this guy had the biggest rating on vcb so we must hire him"

what do you think about MIBR in that case then?

we'il have to see how the team will play and how the players will fit into it, but i think it's a good sign that they hired players based on what the staff wanted (aspas had a huge role obviously but thats because he and frod think alike)

I dont agree with this post whatsoever but I can't even take it seriously when you have a lev flair talking about brazil hating their own talent

it kinda is true, in parts. A lot of brazillians "hate" dgzin, although a lot of people from outside believes he should be in t1 (before he joined loud). Its the same for a lot of other br players

the thing about not letting them play at tixinha tournament is just false. Tixinha imposed a rule forbidding Academy teams, or else the tournament would be filled with academy teams and main teams from the same org. Idk but they decided that this would be bad, and even tho main Lev couldn't attend to the tournament, lev academy wouldn't be allowed to do so. I agree that this is bullshit, but thats the main reason. Lets not forget that it was Tixinha that gave the first opportunity to ghoul, so he isnt turning ghoul into a persona non grata at all
