started working out again after a year and man it does wonders for my depression. i forgot how great it is to make time for it on top of gaming on days off.

what are your favorite workouts ?
my body is so sore but leg kickbacks are my favorites right now

I never believed just how much it helped even though I heard so many medical professionals speak about how exercise helps mental health until I actually went. Exercising for just an hr a day is incredible

Im not talking about like really sore to the point you can’t straighten your arm more like a mild discomfort sore but tbf if you do push yourself 100% then it doesn’t really matter if your sore or not you should build muscle

You can easily start at home just doing some body weight exercises, then adding in harder variations when comfortable. Then investing in a pull up bar and some parallel bars means you can pretty much do all upper body exercises, as well as lower body. Just that can get you into great shape. Look up calisthenics programming on YouTube and there’s lots of great resources
