Possibly cheating (triggerbot or smth), 67% HS is very very high and suspect. I've seen people have life games in diamond elo and even then the max I've seen was 49%.
But at the same time I don't think there's hard evidence

Oh yeah I think his performance history is hard evidence of some sort of cheating, possibly third party program cheats, possibly some super cracked guy is playing on this account.

It's easy af to get high hs smurfing in low elo if you play like 0.2-0.25 sens, people move like bots. 1.2 kd and 150 adr aren't even smurf stats to begin with

A high immo player is smurfing here, nor a cheater. I have played against top 30 rad smurfs and they had better kd acs adr etc. and similar hs percent. The movement in lower ranks is much more uniform then at the top so it's easier to maintain a hish hsp, just see how much your hsp improves when you play TDM or something.

He wasn't triggerbotting becausr I won duels against him by baiting his shots eith jiggles and swinging wide xdddd, that is the easiest triggerbot vs real human test.

Also played him 4 weeks afo and he is still playing not banned

The guy I am facing is a MUCH better player then the guy he is facing, so why would the guy he is facing be cheating? Just doesn't make sense to me really, I mean it's possible he fought some shitter who bought triggerbot, but val has a good anticheat and the account has enough games this act with those good stats to get banned, yet the guy is still playing.

Not really, I am not saying I would win against the guy he played. I'd probably lose just like I did against faf, I just think that when you assume others are cheating or have some god given talent etc. And that's why they are doinf better than you, you will cap your abilities at a certain level ,no matter what you pursue.

A month ago I got back into val and started deathmatching more, I was getting shit on by radiants and thought : Ok , I can go positive in these lobbies sometimes, but only by a bit and I'll probably never win. I continued dming nonetheless, beat VIT Kicks in duels and realised that it's possible. I got back into aim training, started looking at what pngles radiants take in dm, how they jiggle, when they go for 1 taps , when they go wide etc. And fully focused on my movement and positioning in fights. A week of getting pounded but getting closer and closer to the win and I did it. Yesterday beat a 1.2kd rad peak this act going 40/24 in a high mmr lobby.

I have 180ms reaction and a mid tier set up, my hearing is bad and I play on 30 ping on frankfurt. I just believed that hard work could get me to my goal and it did. 90% of people can do this, but most of them wont because they will not try

kd aint sus but his hs% is super sus, especially when he goes 60%+ almost every game and then theres that random game in which he has 6%

I would say hes cheating but its weird how he hasnt been banned yet
