Is cypher broken? no.
but for the next time he inevitably becomes more favorable than all other sentinels I suggest:
his trips are still global, but need to be activated. When cypher presses F on them from far they wire up and are active for 20 seconds.
This removes his permanent control over a part of the map if your team didn't happen to go there and break it, and also remove the toxic perma holds he had on some choke points (Sunset B main) without having to change the map geometry for him.
When it hasn't been activated you don't see the semi visible line too, so I suppose you could choose to activate it mid rush to catch the second/third player in if the entry player doesn't warn them.
side note, sadly if they activate on F, they can't be pulled back anymore, which idk how they deal with that, maybe make his ult 3 points, that shit is fun to activate on your team.
