What you're saying is somewhat sound but exposure to video games is only one aspect of it i'd say. Another aspect is the environment of joining pro teams and practicing with them. You can imagine just like how it could happen with women, if a trans person tried scrimming and trialing 10-20 years ago, they could have a hard time finding that space, and might not be taken seriously

The path to going pro that GC is trying to provide is not just exposing girls to computer games, its also the team eco systems they offer, the scrims that come from it and the lan experience stuff

Is cypher broken? no.
but for the next time he inevitably becomes more favorable than all other sentinels I suggest:
his trips are still global, but need to be activated. When cypher presses F on them from far they wire up and are active for 20 seconds.

This removes his permanent control over a part of the map if your team didn't happen to go there and break it, and also remove the toxic perma holds he had on some choke points (Sunset B main) without having to change the map geometry for him.
When it hasn't been activated you don't see the semi visible line too, so I suppose you could choose to activate it mid rush to catch the second/third player in if the entry player doesn't warn them.

side note, sadly if they activate on F, they can't be pulled back anymore, which idk how they deal with that, maybe make his ult 3 points, that shit is fun to activate on your team.

Im also here from yay's tweet, but how could teams possibly prep for a map not knowing which agent is banned?
Imagine prepping for set plays and suddenly your initiator is banned, or the only viable smoker on that map. The quality of the games would definitely decrease, and games will look like 2020 again

Valorant heroes are just too different from one another.

If it does happen however, I expect it to go like:
Team A+B veto two agents each, then each ban one, then they all pick.
That way if viper+gekko is your core idea, you are able to secure that
